Start a promising new term at the Orangutan Jungle School in Borneo. See newbie Bumi struggle to focus, track skittish Rumba’s first timid steps toward independence, and cheer on star student Valentino as he experiences a bumpy start to college.

Follow new graduate Beni, who gets an exciting introduction to jungle college alongside former classmates Sura, Meryl, and Wine. Check on new arrival Molly and join Dr. Nadine as she grades slowpoke Bumi and wild child Monita on their latest lessons.

Shudder as food-obsessed Beni gets a dramatic, educational smackdown from the local dominant male, Petruk. See spoiled rich kid Spanser, a former illegal pet, try to tamp down his sweet tooth before roguish Bumi goes on a wild joyride with Greta.

Race to contain a case of malaria brought in by orphaned infant Cesia, then assess surrogate mum Sri’s plan to help Bumi. See the positive influence of Daput, a wild orangutan mum, on the college females before a shocking thief raids the food store.

Hunt for missing nursery-class orphan Lahei and see shy Rumba try her weak left hand in a nest- building session. Watch younger Delilah school Bumi in class, then find out if Beni and Valentino will make the grade and finally earn their freedom.

Congratulate the new Orangutan Jungle School graduates, who aren’t all spring chickens. Follow the convoy to the release site, where the team bids their friends a poignant farewell, then enjoy raucous celebrations as Molly and Bumi move up a grade.
